CHAIRMAN
Craig Boardman has been involved in finance and consulting for more than thirty years. He founded Seapointe Capital, a boutique advisory firm specializing in bespoke structures for the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial and residential real estate, equipment leasing, and international trade finance.
Craig earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Whitman College.

Steve Aust is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in venture capital, direct sales, and energy solutions. He served as a director and chief growth officer at ION Digital, an emerging leader in converting illiquid assets and digital securities into revenue-producing financial instruments and next-generation transactional banking products.
As co-founder and president of Verdant, he brought integrated solutions to the global market and helped raise over $100 million in venture capital for various companies, leading them through successful IPOs. Steve is a board member of Tall Ship Development Fund LLC and Agora Advantage, and serves as an advisor for several startups in financial planning, technology, and growth.

Edmond DeFrank is a U.S. Registered Patent Attorney and IP strategist with over 30 years of experience in brand management, anti-counterfeiting, and high-technology patent prosecution. A pioneer in the early 1990s, he was among the first attorneys to secure software, e-commerce, and IT business model patents for the World Wide Web.
He has personally drafted and prosecuted over 1,000 trademarks and patents for clients including Microsoft, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Nintendo, NASA, Samsung, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman.
